Rhode Island Suicide Prevention Strategic Plan

The Rhode Island Suicide Prevention Strategic Plan focuses on strategies that:

• Decrease the risk of suicide
• Lessen the immediate and long-term harms of suicidal behavior
• Help those in times of crisis get the support and services they need

It was shaped by the voices of people on the front lines of our mental health and crisis systems and professionals serving people at higher risk for suicide.
